Biking in Canaan Valley

Near the end of August, 2005, we spent six days riding our bikes in West Virginia. We got some of our planned destinations on-line. We got other suggested rides after we got there. Having been to the area before, we had a few ideas about places to ride--and not to ride. The weather cooperated very nicely with low humidity and cool temperatures. We didn't see rain till the last day we were there.
